21 year old Nicole McKinney is a Brisbane-based singer/songwriter who has always had the ability to captivate audiences with her distinct voice, her well-crafted, timeless melodies and wholesome stage presence. Her arbitrary yet relatable storytelling and lyrics invite a unique interpretation for every listener. Having drawn inspiration from contemporary folk/pop/rock artists such as Missy Higgins, First Aid Kit and the The Cranberries.
Paper In The Sky
You probably haven’t heard of Portair. But as this solo act’s name would suggest, his music has been wafting around you, hidden in plain ear-sight, for years. As a songwriter and a producer, he’s had tracks and scores placed on networks such as Netflix, NBC, MTV, CBS. Those were merely experimentations. “When I moved to LA, I wanted to start something organic,” the Aussie native says. “This project is all my passions I can express in one cohesive art form.”

quami.xyz is a multifaceted singer-songwriter-producer-visual artist from Oakville, Ontario. quami’s works often dare to color outside of the lines of musical conventions drawing acclaim throughout. Self-taught and defined by his own truths, quami.xyz takes inspiration from relationships, scenes and genres far & near to meld disparate worlds into his own intimate sonic collage.

Combining beautifully haunting harmonies, musically impactful rhythms, soft melodies and abstract lyrics, Donovan Taylor encapsulates the emotions of his own life hoping to spread light, depth and inclusion to his audience.

Lightbody Wish Erase
Out of a bonus bedroom in Echo Park, Martin Tomemitsu crafts dreamy lo-fi tunes that run from sleepy and hazy to distorted and shoegazing. Tomemitsu's early singles "runaway" and "in dreams" have been featured on episodes of the HBO series High Maintenance and the latter has more than six million spins on Spotify.
No Good (feat. Cayte Lee)
Partyhous3 drops his first single of the year with a feature this soothing track is good for all lovers and anymore feeling or needing love.
Hella Stella
Sofia Palm is a self-taught musician, singer and songwriter. Her songwriting idols include David Bowie and Queen, but she admires their apparent insouciance as much as their gift for epic narratives and bombastic stage craft - in fact this attraction to DIY ethics and aesthetics is woven through every aspect of Sofia, from her music to her hand-drawn tattoos. Sofia never leaves home without her notebook and somehow it’s always at least three pages thicker by the time she gets home.

Having opened for national touring acts, and appearing on several Music festivals, Nutter Tut is ready to take a national stage with his upcoming singles. His fun, but complex sound has an oldschool vibe with fresh production and next level lyricism.

So-Cal based The Millennial Club is an indie pop and R&B outfit that has managed to blend dance-inspired 80’s pop, beat-driven 90’s R&B, and emotional love-centered lyricism to mold their unique Southern California sound. The group was formed when singer/guitarist Andres Owens was joined by bassist/keyboardist, Jared Ortiz, in late 2016, later adding guitarist/saxophonist Jake Stevenson and drummer Tyler Kamei.
Alright
Joshua Worden’s music career brought him to Atlanta back in 2012. With an educational background in Jazz Guitar and English Literature, he has played countless gigs, earned critical acclaim and built a substantial following. His coming releases promise to satisfy his current fans and attract new ones. His new single Alright sure does make us feel calm and collected a really promising artist in the making.
OVERCOMPLICATED
Born and raised in southern California, Jake Hays is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, actor, producer, artist and big fan of all things creepy and spooky. OVERCOMPLICATED is a song about the aftermath of a bad first date, where one person is trying to put up clear boundaries and the other person refuses to take the hint.
Golden Retriever
Alt-folk singer/songwriter Riley Pearce shares a new song “Golden Retriever,” a summery, guitar driven track about being with that special someone who makes even the most mundane tasks seem fun. Riley calls the track a "cheeky tale of how I met my girlfriend, and the realization that this is the girl I want to spend the rest of my life with."
Nature's Way
Johanna Samuels is announcing her debut album on Mama Bird Recording Co. with the new single “Nature’s Way” today. "Nature's Way" is a reflection on the gender-dynamics that play out in the music industry, and more generally, and the space women make for, often much less talented, men. It tackles all of this with a grace and sense of humor that Johanna lends to so many of her songs.

LOST BEACH is the project of native-Texan, Jonny Perdue. Based in California and drawing inspiration from the sun-soaked days and nearby beaches, LOST BEACH weaves a type of infectious indie-pop that stays in your soul.

From their start as a backing band for the Indigo Girls to most recently working and touring alongside mentor Justin Timberlake, the trio of Scott Tyler, Matt Lipkins and Adam Hoffman have continuously captivated audiences across the globe with their distinctive flair. Bridging the gap between classic, harmony-driven melodies and contemporary pop-R&B rhythms, TSB now take the reins as songwriters and producers.
Angel
London-based artist Ashleigh Bankx is the latest singer to emerge from the UK’s resurgent soul/R&B scene, and she’s making a huge statement at the top of the year with the release of “Angel”. The independent artist’s first official release, “Angel” is an impassioned love song that arrives with accompanying Lutch Media-directed visuals to set the mood. Inspired by the likes of Lauryn Hill, Amy Winehouse, Nina Simone and Rihanna, as well as music from her Zimbabwean roots, Ashleigh brings a much-revered throwback neo-soul sound of yesteryear, with a unique, modern twist.
Caramel Valley Lake
It's a hopeful song written and recorded in this very strange and sometimes hopeless feeling time. We recorded much of it remotely, swapping tracks from our isolated studios. Caramel Valley isn't a real place but was originally a spelling error from when I was taking notes in a Joan Didion book. After finding the note it resonated as just an idea, somewhere I want to get to in music, and that hopefully others can feel in this song as well
I Fell In Love Today
Brother James is the spiritual singer-songwriter moniker of LA-based producer & songwriter Justin James Sinclair, who’s equally influenced by classic songwriters like McCartney and Randy Newman as he is by authors like Plato and Leo Tolstoy.
Deeply inspired by monasticism, Brother James’ songs explore mysticism, deep self-searching, and the daily, necessary struggle we all face to remain present, fully alive, and grateful. His stories document and guide us along the messy human process of pursuing truth and attempting to love people well.
Streets of New Love
New Zealand husband/wife duo Terrible Sons (Lauren and Matthew Barus) release their anticipated new EP Mass, and it’s clear from the start that an evolution has taken place. From taking cues from folk tradition by singing their own version of a protest song to involving each other in their writing processes early on, Mass establishes a stronger connection between Terrible Sons and the world at large, while also signifying a more cohesive sound thanks to their more connected writing partnership.
Sid & Nancy
Dropping by to give you a heads up about LA based newcomer KENI , a 19 year old up and comer who is creating edgy, left of centre pop. A polymath who writes from her own autobiographical slant, KENI is releasing her new single ' Sid & Nancy' on 18th February, a dreamy, doomful ode to forbidding love. The track arrives with a striking, beautifully odd video showcasing some of the special presence KENI has.
