Temples of Youth swirl your mind into an androgynous world of psych-grunge in their next single ‘Susan Gets Confused’.

“As the first single of the year from the DIY band, they are claiming 2022 as their own and no one can stand in their way.”

Temples of Youth swirl your mind into an androgynous world of psych-grunge in their next single ‘Susan Gets Confused’.

With vocals that feel genderless as they trespass through the land of wobbling falsetto, the track is built out with headstrong guitar and a hidden rhythm section. Inspired by Katherine Hepburn, and in particular her character Susan Vance from the 1938 comedy Bringing Up Baby, they distil the self-belief into bold sonic waves of sound.

As the first single of the year from the DIY band, they are claiming 2022 as their own and no one can stand in their way.
