“The return of live music couldn’t come sooner for Dalmas, with ‘JHM’ serving as the perfect appetiser of more brilliant things to come.”

Heavy, grungy, yet unabashedly liberating- Manchester-based trio Dalmas produce yet another alt-rock banger with their latest single ‘JHM’.

With a hook so catchy you’ll be humming away after just one listen, the track boldly evidences the band’s flair for song-writing and their fundamental talents as musicians. A moody bassline carries the track, while the influence Dalmas have taken from the likes of Nothing But Thieves can be heard in the melodic rockiness that ‘JHM’ bears from start to finish, with its badass lead guitar and Grohl-esque percussion. Following the trend of previous singles, ‘JHM’ deals with the struggles inflicted upon those suffering from mental illness and feels like something of a musical exultation, releasing both artist and listener from their inner turmoil.

The return of live music couldn’t come sooner for Dalmas, with ‘JHM’ serving as the perfect appetiser of more brilliant things to come.
